Muito dificil achar produtos americanos ,realmente americanos. Pancakes,Pasta and Cheese,Nutella(creme de chocolate com avelã),pizzas,carnes então..Mas não me dou p vencida,sorte existir americanos no Japão,Hard Rock cafe,Costco e internet..kkkk...
Não adianta,mesmo com comida de baixa caloria japonesa,é possível ficar obeso ,se tiver força de vontade😁😁☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆kkkkk
